How are orders assigned?

Frank is the name of our assignment algorithm which decides to which rider offer the order.

Frank is based on a machine learning technology, which manages to predict the timing of each order. The times of each single order are different, depending on factors such as:

• The dish being prepared
• The location of the restaurant
• The time and day of the week
• The number of online riders
• The number of active orders
• The distance between the restaurant and the customer
