How do i request a return?

The return policy applies to items you purchased from the Rider Kit Store. Once you receive the item, you have 14 days to return it.

You must fill out the form (available in Italian) by clicking here, and send the item to be returned to the following address:

Remember to specify the sender data by entering: first name, last name and Rider ID.

Shipping costs will be charged to the rider. We will issue a refund for the item you have returned in the days following the receipt of the item.

Replacement is only possible for the items of the basic kit ordered at the time of application.
