How does the minimum orders incentive work?

During each session we try to offer you as many delivery proposals as possible. If this will not be possible, you will still receive the payment of the minimum orders incentive corresponding to that session.

The minimum order incentive varies according to your zone and the reference month.

The incentive is not applicable in case of proposed and undelivered orders; it is proportional to the time worked considering the login and logout times, and it will be paid for the minutes you are online during the session. Remember that if you have consecutive sessions, the minimum orders incentive is calculated on the sum of the hours. Click here to find out the incentives of the month.
